We’ll be expanding into international regions as our collection grows — thank you for your patience.
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped. Processing time for on-demand production is typically 2–5 business days.
Will my entire order arrive in one package?
Because we utilize specialized warehouses to ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery times, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each specific package.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.
Where are Luxe Vita products made?
All items are printed and fulfilled by our trusted U.S. production partners, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and reliable delivery.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made on demand, Luxe Vita accepts returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

What if I order the wrong size?
Because all Luxe Vita products are made on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for sizing issues on items that have been worn or washed.
If the size isn’t quite right, we do offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same item, as long as:
Your request is made within 14 days of delivery, and
The original item is returned in new, unworn condition
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the replacement. Only one size exchange per order is permitted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly, but if you need to update or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at he***@******ta.net.
If the item hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
