At Luxe Vita, each product is custom-printed just for you. For that reason, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Returns Accepted For:

  • Items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a production error.

  • Wrong item received.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Incorrect size ordered (please check size charts carefully before ordering).

Timeframe

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process

  • If approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no cost or a refund issued to your original payment method.
